i have decided that i will neglect all healthy habits this week in celebration of amurica’s birthday. i know you have been disciplined lately (relative to your usual complete lack thereof), but the sarpinos pizza + cheesy bread last night kicked off a week long defiance. i blame the holiday falling on a wednesday. it throws me off.
